Glow Pipe Cleaners
Who knew all these things glowed! You do need a black light for this one. Very cool, though. It's like having an endless amount of glow sticks. The pipe cleaners are NEON. :-)

ReplyDelete@Danielle. The pack I had must have been neon colors. Our whole pack glowed. Was your black light a bulb in a lamp or a strip?
