Homemade Bubbles
HOMEMADE BUBBLES
3 cups of water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup dish soap (transparent/clear soap works best)
Mix water and corn syrup until blended. Slowly stir in soap. This will last several weeks in an air tight container.
Gave this a try (ran out of light syrup and substituted a little bit of dark syrup in it's place). Worked great! My boys loved it and have spent a good portion of the afternoon blowing bubbles in the shade, trying to keep cool.:)
Hi, thanks for sharing!! Can I use something else instead of corn syrup? I don't have it here in Portugal! Thanks :)
ReplyDelete4 teaspoons of sugar
ReplyDeleteI read that using glycerin is even better. Is this true?
ReplyDelete*Not that it matters, we have both, LOL!

ReplyDeleteHere's a link to a video of my son (he has special needs). Playing with bubbles in his tent inside since it was to hot to go out.
