BAM Craftymammas

BAMCRAFTYMAMMAS was kind enough to send us some toys!  Our children have really enjoyed these simple, but versatile gifts.  The chalk board mats are incredibly cute, easy to clean, and fit perfectly in a bag or purse.  Though they are made with lovely patterns on one side, we found that rolling them chalk board side OUT worked best for unrolling and flattening the mat.  We also put a piece of rubber rug pad under the mat to keep it from sliding too much.  Ours found a permanent place on our kitchen table for quite some time.

We love the bright colors of the bean bags.  There are so many things you can do with bean bags:

·         Touch
·         Stack
·         Throw
·         Pour
·         Balance them on your head
·         Play hot potato
·         Use them for counting
·         Use them for color recognition
·         Imaginary play
·         Shoot them
·         Etc etc etc…..

Matching/color recognition

"The RED bean bag is on your HEAD."

"The GREEN bean bag is on your FOOT."

"You transferred the BLUE bean bag."

POUR!

Object Permanence

Yep, its still there - smart girl.

My son used them for shooting.....a lot!

  2. Could you please tell me where you got the Batman "wings"? Did you buy them or make them yourself? My grandson would be out of his mind over them and I would love to get them for him.

    Great blog by the way!
