Thanks for all the ideas. I can't wait to try some of these out! -- Kelly
ReplyDeleteThe one of the baby in the huge bowl of oatmeal made my day!
ReplyDeletesome great ideas- but a lot of these ideas need to be monitored for safety- choking hazards, food allergens etc. I work with a family day care system, and we would be cited for exposing the children to raw eggs (salmonella- we can't even use egg cartons!), frozen carrot rounds and grapes, (choking hazard depending on the size)) strawberries if not already introduced to an infant (allergen) & water balloons (choking hazard)
ReplyDeleteLike I said, these ideas are very creative, but I think your readers need to be aware that they need to consider the child's ages and abilities before introducing some of these ideas.
Great ideas!
ReplyDeleteMy son (15 months) still puts everything in his mouth; is that 'allowed'? How do you deal with that?
