Homemade Bubbles

HOMEMADE BUBBLES

3 cups of water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup dish soap (transparent/clear soap works best)

Mix water and corn syrup until blended.  Slowly stir in soap.  This will last several weeks in an air tight container.

  1. Hi, thanks for sharing!! Can I use something else instead of corn syrup? I don't have it here in Portugal! Thanks :)

  2. I read that using glycerin is even better. Is this true?

  4. Gave this a try (ran out of light syrup and substituted a little bit of dark syrup in it's place). Worked great! My boys loved it and have spent a good portion of the afternoon blowing bubbles in the shade, trying to keep cool.:)

  5. Here's a link to a video of my son (he has special needs). Playing with bubbles in his tent inside since it was to hot to go out.
