I love hearing his highlights sang and danced aloud.happynikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03730082505038569248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956662705226022741.post-25255620115824969142012-06-09T15:54:31.806-07:002012-06-09T15:54:31.806-07:00Yes, RL has those story cubes. We've been telling sticker stories for a long time. I love stickers so so much. When I was a girl my parents let me cover my closet doors with stickers. I still remember how cool they were.happynikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03730082505038569248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956662705226022741.post-21750053558127193982012-06-05T18:12:48.827-07:002012-06-05T18:12:48.827-07:00Awesome idea!Awesome idea!weizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07153864631516195166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956662705226022741.post-53877107236694138582012-06-04T14:47:50.057-07:002012-06-04T14:47:50.057-07:00This is brilliant! I love it because she is all the time asking us to read her books and to make up stories for her. She provides the characters and part of the plot and we must do the rest. When I catch my daughter telling a story to one of her dolls, or even inventing the lyrics of songs (the latest hit is about a giraffe who's broken a leg), I remember of a video of our eldest daughter telling a story with some stickers. It's the end result of instilling a love of reading and learning in them and it's really heart-warming.Crishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13117773220379526638noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956662705226022741.post-72211476396183010752012-06-03T08:20:48.292-07:002012-06-03T08:20:48.292-07:00Thought I'd share an idea we had the other day...Thought I'd share an idea we had the other day. My 2 1/2 year is very interested in shadows so we cut a piece of screening to look like Peter Pan's shadow and chased it around the yard. It was a big hit. We also tried bird shadows and hid them around the trees to find. It was a great day : )Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12781803839589413959noreply@blogger.com
